Fintech startup MetaWealth and One United Properties signed a €20M framework agreement for rental apartments. Through this partnership, MetaWealth users can invest in Romanian residential projects developed by One United. MetaWealth plans to list three new assets on its platform, with the first consisting of 31 apartments in the One Lake District project. The investment is estimated to generate a 36% profit in 18 months.
