Dr. Pamela Tibihikirra-Kalyegira appointed as new Law Development Centre (LDC) director in Uganda.
Dr. Pamela Tibihikirra-Kalyegira has been appointed as the new director of the Law Development Centre (LDC) in Uganda, following the departure of former director, Frank Nigel Othembi, who had served for 12 years. Tibihikirra-Kalyegira brings extensive experience in legal education, training, and administration to the role, having previously served as the chairperson of the Uganda Law Reform Commission.
