The Commerce Commission has charged telco 2degrees with eight counts under the Fair Trading Act over allegations of misleading claims about its "free Aussie roaming" for business mobile plans. The watchdog claims the company's advertising between 2020 and 2023 misled customers to believe they could roam year-round in Australia without extra cost, when in fact the service was capped at 90 days each year.
