China extends visa exemption for short-term visits to 12 countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, and others, to Dec. 31, 2025. The visa-free policy will allow citizens from these countries with ordinary passports to enter and stay in China for up to 15 days for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, and transit. This move aims to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and the 12 countries.
