Azerbaijan PM Ali Asadov visits Kahramanmaras, Turkey, to inspect the progress of construction work in the "Azerbaijani quarter." This follows President Ilham Aliyev's instructions to support reconstruction efforts in the region after a devastating earthquake in February 2023. The Azerbaijani government earmarked $100 million for the project, as per the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement signed in September 2023.
