2 Alberta men, Roger and Anthony Bilodeau, lose appeals for fatal shooting.

Two Alberta men, Roger Bilodeau and his son Anthony Bilodeau, have lost appeals of their convictions for the fatal shooting of two Métis hunters, Jacob Sansom and Maurice Cardinal, in 2020. Both men were found guilty in separate trials, with Roger Bilodeau convicted of two counts of manslaughter and Anthony Bilodeau convicted of manslaughter and second-degree murder. The Bilodeaus had pursued the hunters, believing they were thieves, before a confrontation occurred.
