28-year-old man charged with dangerous driving and reckless conduct after allegedly striking and killing an 18-year-old spectator at a speedway in regional Victoria. The incident occurred in November at a motor sports club in Burrong Basin Road, Stawell. The man, of no fixed address, was also charged with separate incidents involving reckless driving and failing an oral fluid test.
