22-year-old Jazmine Mondrell Johnnie, wanted for a 2023 Baton Rouge bank robbery, has surrendered to authorities. She allegedly entered Chase Bank on Highland Road, claiming to have a bomb in her purse and threatening to use her boyfriend's AK-47. Johnnie demanded $45,000 and left with approximately $3,500. An arrest warrant was issued in February after she was charged with bank robbery and terrorizing.
