Suspicious package prompts investigation and street closure at Sacramento County Administration Center. Authorities closed off downtown streets after a suspicious package was discovered on the steps of the building, which houses the Board of Supervisors chambers and other county offices. The package was X-rayed and deemed safe by the explosive ordinance disposal team. Roads reopened after the investigation.
