The band was performing the song "Wild Side" when Neil tripped and landed face first on the stage. Despite the fall, he quickly got back up and continued singing. Neil, 63, has experienced similar incidents in the past, including a fall during a solo tour in 2021 that led to a hospital visit for broken ribs.
