Bristol's Fishponds suburb residents were evacuated after a grenade was found on a residential street. Bomb disposal experts were on scene to safely handle the unexploded ordnance, a common occurrence in the UK, especially from WWII. Avon and Somerset Police responded to the scene and called the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team for assistance, evacuating homes as a precaution.
