Queensland Government offers 10 days of reproductive health leave annually for 265,000 public servants, including IVF treatment. The new policy will also apply to chronic reproductive health conditions like endometriosis, and public servants can use the benefit for breast and prostate cancer screening, along with hysterectomies and vasectomies. The measure will be in place by the end of September.
