Melbourne's Lune Croissanterie, known for its croissants, to open its first Sydney store by spring.

Melbourne-based Lune Croissanterie, renowned for its cult following, will open its first Sydney store in the city's inner south by spring, according to its founder, Kate Reid. The bakery, known for its popular croissants, already has three stores in Melbourne and two in Brisbane. The Sydney store will be a "state-of-the-art, world-class experience", with capacity to bake over 38,000 pastries per week.
