Kellanova, owner of Kellogg's and Pringles, announces a summer hours scheme allowing hundreds of employees to leave at 12pm on Fridays until September, provided they complete a full week's work. The company employs over 500 workers at its Salford office and a further 60 field sales team members. Research suggests that two thirds of people would work harder during the week if given Fridays off.
