Embassy REIT, India's first listed REIT, will invest Rs 3,800 cr over 4 years to complete ongoing office complexes, aiming to expand its rental portfolio. The company currently has 36.5 million sq ft of completed office space across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune & Delhi-NCR. To cater to rising demand from GCCs & domestic players, it's constructing 6.1 million sq ft of premium office space in Bengaluru.
