Disney, Comcast seek third-party valuation for Hulu dispute over valuation at $27.5B and $40B.
Disney and Comcast are seeking an independent financial adviser to resolve their Hulu valuation dispute, as per the 2019 agreement. JPMorgan Chase valued Hulu at $27.5B for Disney, while Morgan Stanley valued it at over $40B for Comcast. The third party valuation will decide the deal's valuation, either as the average of Disney's and Comcast's valuations or $27.5B if the third valuation is below it.
