Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General's Office discovered human bone fragments in the recently liberated Sugovushan settlement, Aghdara district, during excavations for new building construction on May 5. The Tartar District Prosecutor's Office is currently investigating the discovery, which could be linked to the ongoing search for thousands of Azerbaijanis still missing since the First Nagorno-Karabakh War.
