Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) withdraws from Braskem stake acquisition talks held by Novonor.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has withdrawn from talks to acquire a stake in Brazilian petrochemical producer Braskem, previously held by Novonor. In November, ADNOC made a non-binding offer, but has since decided against pursuing the stake. Novonor remains committed to the sale process, and Petrobras is open to partnering with a financially strong company to invest in Braskem's potential.
