A juvenile was hospitalized in stable condition after being shot near Lena Juniper Elementary School in Sparks on May 3. Police found the victim on the ground with a gunshot wound near Aimone Park and the school. The suspect(s) are believed to be underage, and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Sparks Police Department or Secret Witness.
