58-year-old Thomas Sanchez Pesina, an inmate at Cleveland County Detention Center, was found unresponsive on May 4th and later pronounced dead. This is the second inmate death within a few weeks at the facility. The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office requested assistance from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations for an investigation into Pesina's death.
