85-year-old architect Daniel Osei Kuffuor, husband of former Sanitation Minister Cecilia Dapaah, testified in court that their househelp, Patience Botwe, and six others stole $210,000, $200,000, £300,000, and ₵300,000 from the couple's storeroom. The accused, aged 18 to 30, deny charges including conspiracy to steal, stealing, dishonestly receiving, and money laundering. They have been unable to meet bail conditions.
