United Bank for Africa (UBA) has inducted 398 young Africans from six countries - Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroun, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zambia - into its UBA Tribe through its Graduate Management Acceleration Programme (GMAP). The graduates completed a six-month hands-on work and learning experience aimed at developing their potential. UBA's Group Chairman, Tony Elumelu, expressed pride in their success and the bank's commitment to empowering youth in Africa.
