24-year-old Romell Enoch is on trial for the alleged first-degree murder of 20-year-old Kylie Duster in Dubuque, Iowa, in July 2021. Duster was found dead in her apartment on July 28, 2021, with a cause of death ruled as suffocation and declared as a homicide by Deputy State Medical Examiner Jonathan Thompson. Witnesses testified to seeing Duster with Enoch at various locations in Dubuque before her death.
