34-year-old Kansas man Logan Runnion was arrested on multiple felony sex crime charges, including sex trafficking of a minor, enticement by electronic communication, and sexual assault with the use of an electronic communication device. The investigation began when Runnion contacted an undercover Grand Island Police Department investigator posing as an underage female on social media. Runnion is awaiting extradition to Hall County for trial.
