19-year-old Katherine man Keegan Payne caught the Northern Territory's most-wanted barra in the Million Dollar Fish competition. Payne, on a fishing trip along the Katherine River, reeled in the fish and called the hotline at 1am. The young fisherman, who said catching the million-dollar fish was "crazy," plans to use the prize money to buy what he wants and possibly help his parents with home loans.
