19-year-old Joshua Doolan has been jailed for aggravated sexual assault after bundling a 43-year-old woman off a public pathway into bushes while she was walking in her neighbourhood. Mr Justice Tony Hunt described the crime as "very disturbing" and stated that it has had "profound and protracted effects" on the victim. The judge expressed concern that cases like this suggest women cannot feel safe in any location.
