55-year-old former music producer Samuel "Sammy" Sylvester was convicted by a Williamson County jury in Tennessee of seven counts of statutory rape and two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure against a 16-year-old female musician between 2009-2010. Sylvester had prior convictions in Minnesota and Tennessee for crimes against children. Authorities believe there may be additional victims, and investigations are ongoing.
