71-year-old David Rowland of Wrexham, North Wales has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexually abusing a child over a period of around a year. Rowland admitted the offences after the victim confided in her mother, who reported the abuse to the police. His devices were seized and examined, revealing evidence of internet searches and images suggestive of a sexual interest in children and sexual offending.
