Todd Boehly's Eldridge Industries formed a joint venture with AECOM Capital executives to invest $3bn in US commercial real estate over the next five years. Eldridge Acre Partners (EAP), majority-owned by Boehly's firm, will manage existing AECOM Capital assets and vehicles worth over $1bn. The investment firm aims to capitalise on opportunities in a market hit by rising borrowing costs and lender pullback.
