Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, launched a N4bn matching fund loan scheme aimed at stimulating business activities and creating wealth. The scheme, in partnership with the Bank of Industry (BoI), will provide loans to 3,066 micro, small, and medium-scale businesses in the state. Fubara emphasized the importance of the scheme in addressing financial exclusion and enabling entrepreneurial success.
