Missouri Governor Mike Parson ordered US and Missouri flags to be flown at half-staff at all government buildings on May 4th to honor Marine Sergeant Colin Arslanbas, who was killed during a training exercise off the coast of North Carolina. The 22-year-old had been assigned to the 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, Alpha Company and had earned several accommodation medals before advancing to the rank of Sergeant.
