Minnesota Senate approves bill to expedite recreational cannabis dispensary licensing process.

The Minnesota Senate has approved a bill (HF 4757) to speed up the licensing process for recreational cannabis dispensaries. The bill allows the Office of Cannabis Management to pre-approve dispensaries for licenses starting summer, and permits cultivators to start growing commercial cannabis crops later this year. The bill moves to a conference committee to align house and senate versions.
