A man died at Torquay Beach in Victoria after being pulled from the water in an unresponsive state. Emergency services were called at 10:15 am, and members of the public attempted CPR, but he died at the scene. The death is not being treated as suspicious, and the man is yet to be formally identified. Police are preparing a report for the coroner.
