Kano High Court grants ex parte order restraining police and APC officials from arresting, inviting or harassing APC ward officers in Ganduje Ward, Dawakin-Tofa local government area, who suspended APC acting National Chairman, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje. The court order aims to protect the ward officers' fundamental human rights and has adjourned the case to June 5 for the hearing of the motion on notice.
