Judge approves gun and drug evidence from Myon Burrell's arrest in a new case, despite Burrell previously being sentenced to life in prison as a teen in a high-profile murder case. Although defense argued the stop lacked probable cause, Judge Peter Cahill found the arresting officer's testimony credible and allowed the gun and drugs as evidence. Burrell was charged after police found a handgun and drugs during a traffic stop in Minneapolis.
