Georgia Department of Corrections lieutenant, Russell Clark, arrested for sexually assaulting a female inmate at Lee Arrendale State Prison. Charges include sexual assault on a person in custody and violation of oath by a public officer. Clark allegedly improperly touched and kissed the inmate in the stairwell of the main dormitories and was released on $11,200 bond. He has since been terminated from his position with the prison.
