Eventus WholeHealth, a private equity-backed healthcare provider for post-acute care facilities, has acquired Premier Geriatric Solutions. The acquisition increases Eventus' value-based care expertise and expands its service areas to new states. The combined group will have over 800 clinicians and employees, providing integrated care to more than 44,000 patients in long-term care facilities, making it the largest integrated value-based care provider.
