Boyle Street Community Services in Edmonton receives $21M from the federal government through the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings Program, bringing the organization closer to its $49.5M goal for its new headquarters. The King Thunderbird Centre (okimaw peyesew kamik in Cree) will provide health and community support services for those experiencing homelessness and poverty. The $45M project is scheduled to open in June 2024.
