Driver dies after vehicle crashes into Intracoastal Waterway during police chase in Gulf Shores. Orange Beach police chased the suspect vehicle after responding to a report of a vehicle hitting a pedestrian. The pursuit reached high speeds, and the suspect vehicle failed to negotiate a 90-degree turn at Tacky Jacks, ending up submerged in the waterway. The driver's name has not been released.
