Algeria's Court of Appeal upheld a one-year prison sentence for Pastor Youssef Ourahamane, convicted of "illegal worshiping." The pastor has been a top leader of the Protestant Church of Algeria, which has seen 43 of its churches forcibly closed since 2019.
