The 20-year-old Spaniard previously missed the Monte Carlo Masters and Barcelona Open due to the same issue. Alcaraz's withdrawal comes after he experienced discomfort in his arm after playing in Madrid, and he is now focusing on recovering and playing "100% pain-free" before the French Open starts on May 26.
