22-year-old Patrick Orren Stephenson, accused of the murder of Ballarat mother Samantha Murphy, has been charged with drink and drug driving, as well as careless driving, following a motorcycle crash in October 2023. He had been previously arrested and charged over Murphy's disappearance in February. Murphy's body has not been found despite widespread searches.
