Man's body found in sea near Blackpool's South Pier; emergency crews called at 7:30pm on May 1st. Police, paramedics, HM Coastguard, and RNLI crew responded to reports of a body in the water. The 40-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, and his family has been informed. No suspicious circumstances are believed in his death, and a file will be passed to the local coroner.
