17-year-old Juanell Carter, charged as an adult, faces 53 criminal counts for breaking into and damaging over 35 cars, stealing vehicles, purses, credit cards, and firearms in a year-long spree in St. Louis County. Carter was apprehended in a stolen car with stolen items and his fingerprint found on one of the vehicles. His bond is set at $25,000 cash only.
