41-year-old ex-Phoenix police officer Alaa Robert Bartley has been indicted on multiple child porn-related charges, including attempted production & distribution of child porn, coercion of a minor, and possession. Bartley allegedly exchanged child porn images between Aug 2020-Aug 2023 and used interstate facilities to coerce a minor. Phoenix PD is conducting an internal investigation and will review cases Bartley was involved in.
