55-year-old Christian Foster was jailed for 2 years and 4 months after undercover police caught him dealing class A drugs in Warrington. Officers observed Foster acting suspiciously, pulling a package from his jacket when approached by two men, before arresting him at the scene. Foster was found in possession of a mobile phone, a small amount of cash, and a bag containing wraps of heroin and crack cocaine, worth approximately £790.
