Undetermined cause of death found for Debra Fox in Wilkes-Barre; linked to Nicole Cuevas' homicide case.
Luzerne County Coroner Jill Matthews reports that the cause and manner of death for Debra Fox remain undetermined. Her body was found in a wooded area near the Cross Valley Expressway in Wilkes-Barre. Authorities suspect a connection between Fox's death and the homicide of Nicole Cuevas, found buried in the basement of a Carlisle St home. Both Fox and Cuevas' deaths are still under investigation.
