Pennsylvania House approves bill allowing counties to start processing mail-in ballots.

Pennsylvania's House of Representatives has approved a long-awaited bill to help counties manage large volumes of mail-in ballots, following the 2020 election's drawn-out vote count. The bill, which passed on party lines, 102-99, would allow county election workers to start processing ballots seven days before Election Day. The bill now moves to the Republican-controlled Senate for consideration.
