A passenger on Delhi Sarai Rohilla SF Express shared his "horror" as ticketless commuters blocked the way in AC coaches, overcrowding the train and obstructing passage to washrooms. Kushal Mehra complained to the attendant, who reportedly said this is a common occurrence and no one does anything about it.
