North Korea has approved its first post-pandemic entry of Chinese students, marking a resumption of study abroad exchange programs between the two countries. Over 80 Chinese students, including 41 government scholarship recipients, have been granted entry, and 45 self-funded students have also entered the country. This comes after North Korea partially opened its border last August, having been closed for over three years.
